| From what I've been told, the 26 won't convert up because the slide travel is too short. I carry the 26 because it's small, reliable, and accurate. When I first got it, it wasn't my favorite. Too "blocky", but range time has changed my mind. I use the 10+2 mag extension, and have a Crimson Trace trigger guard laser sight. Alabama Holster made me a Kydex holster for it that is very nice. |

I can shoot the G26 just as well as my G19 using the Glock factory 12 rounders with the finger extension. G26 loaded with the right ammos is a potent littel side arm. Good choice. |

I carry either a G17 or G22, both 3rd generation. I like them both very much, but lately have been kind of wishing they were a G19 and a G23.
I know myself, and usually when I start thinking like that, it happens just as soon as I figure out how to whine, beg, manipulate, etc. or do whatever it takes to make my spouse agree.
I went with the full sized pistols because I like the way they feel in my hand, but think I can tolerate a little less comfort in the hand for the slightly better carry attributes (shorter and not as tall).
But the G17 and G22 have both been perfect in function, and maybe I'll decide to keep them. |

| I carry the g19 and recently purchased a g26. It was nice to have the 26 on those almost unbearably hot days when the less clothes required, the better. |

Well, so far I have got my mind down to the G19 or 23...a decision that may never be able to be made The 9mm would be more enjoyable to shoot and cheaper, but the .40 packs a bit more of a punch. I wouldn't feel undergunned with a G19 by any means, it just comes down to a decision. I guess I can always trade up or down in the future. Money will be the only thing holding me back, if everything goes as planned I may be able to get something by next weekend. |

| G27. Reliable, easy to conceal, adequate firepower, accurate, add-ons (night sights, lasers, mag extensions, holsters, etc.) readily available. |

| Most of the time I carry a G23 with 180hst and sometimes a G19 with 124hst+p. Recently I have switched my G23 over to 357sig using the 125gd. I would go with the G23 then you can change barrels and decide for yourself. |

| I was reading online, I know you can switch the G23 barrel for a .357sig but I have heard you can also get a 9mm barrel and put it in the 23 as well. Can you actually do that? |

yes, but its a 9mm conversion barrel (larger OD made for the larger hole on the .40 slide). a g19 barrel is a bit loose in the g23 slide. |

Just go for it. You'll love it. So concealable.

Well, I shot my friends G23 today and I really liked it. I am going to go looking this week or this weekend and see what kind of deal I can get on one, then think if that is really the route I want to go. The gun handled amazing and his had night sights and was a pleasure to shoot. The more I sit here writing about it, the more I want one but I have some other Ideas as well that I may persue but Glock is definately looking promising. |

My 19 99% of the time. I have a 26, but rarely carry it. I can conceal the 19 just as well and it carries 5 more rounds and has a better grip.
YMMV |

| I usually carry the 36, but I think I see a 19 adding itself to the family/rotation in the near future. |
