to me its kind of a gimmick round.
i should really just shut up since i havent shot any of them but from what comparisons ive read elsewhere you are better served by a solid single heavyweight JHP.

| although this is marketed very skillfully, what you end up with is two projectiles that dont penetrate as well as a single JHP (because physics dictate the two projectiles will split the power). just get a 180 grain JHP from double tap or buffalo bore and you will be better protected than any other round youll find available commercially. seriously, i cannot imagine any meth-head being able to withstand a solid hit from 180 grain 10mm in excess of 1200 fps and both BB and DT exceed that mark with room to spare (DT @ 1300 fps, BB @ 1350 fps). |

This was mainly a joke but it is kinda fun to think about I guess. I'm sure penetration would really lack here, maybe even failing FBI minimum standards |
