Just got my Gen 4 glock 19 and just to be curious looked at my test brass and one had a chunk missing out of it the brand is cci and they are aluminum casings.
Should I freak out just got the gun from buds today.

Couldn't hurt to ask. Seems strange to me. My three week old Gen4 G23 came with aluminum CCI casings, but they didn't have any damage.

Should I run 200 rounds as a function test and if issues come up then call? I did research my glock has updated recoil assembly and extractor. Thanks for the swift reply

I'd call them first. It's probably nothing, but best to check first.

I can't believe they shipped out a gun with cases damaged like that. That can be caused by a number of issues.
