Re: Tactical vests

It almost sounds like you would really want a plate carrier instead of just a tactical vest.

SA Range Officer Compact vs Range Officer Champion

Does anyone know if there are any other differences between the Range officer compact and the range officer champion other than the grip length and being able to carry an extra round? Any opinions on which would be better to carry? anyone have actual experience with these guns?

I used to use a pair of Matco ones before but have since lost them. Might just get a pair of mechanix ones then.

Gloves

Do any of you have a favorite pair of gloves for shooting or just in general that still allow you to get your finger in the trigger guard easily? Maybe just for shooting outdoors when its cold or all the time?

Re: Remington 870 issues.

I'm not sure about making it as good as your 1300 but I know the bulk boxes that I had at the time of winchester wouldn't cycle through anything.

Re: Remington 870 issues.

I had this same issue posted on CCF 1.0. Turned out to be ammo related. I had bought tons of the walmart bulk boxes of 100 ct Winchester and 100 ct Federal. The federal shot fine but the winchester got jammed up in every 12 gauge I put it in including browning auto 5. Savage. And rem 870. Unfortunat...

Re: New kid

Welcome to the forum. I think most here would recommend heading to a local range and renting a few options before you buy. Somethings sound perfect but once you hold or shoot them they aren't quite the right fit.

Re: Skinny Guy CC recomendations

Its more of I have to wear dress shirts without a jacket pretty often and would prefer to still have a viable carry option while doing so. Not particularly a tuckable holster but I have to wear dress shirts. And if I am ever near GR I will take you up on that. I am over by Metro Detroit but I tend t...

Ha I am not sure i can afford a trip to Montana right now but trust me I would love to be out there. Anyone in Michigan have the same offer?

Think I can conceal a commander 1911 with a tucked in dress shirt? I love shooting them and am dead on with it.

Skinny Guy CC recomendations

Looking for suggestions on guns to try out. I am 5'11" and 120 lbs ( I know really skinny. Don't suggest I eat more..... it doesn't work) I switch between tucked in dress shirts and medical scrubs. I prefer shooting .45 over 9mm. Tried the XDs but I don't shoot it that well. I would prefer no m...
