Re: Cancer carry

I agree with Nate. The .38 rounds in a .357 frame feels like squibs, but still retain the required ballistics. Feel free to blabber away about your situation and don't be afraid to ask for assistance if you need it. This group never ceases to amaze me.

If you ever get the chance, buy "Kung Faux". There's only 8 episodes on DVD. Old Japanese martial arts movies condensed to 30 minutes. The fight scenes are "Batman-ized" with dialogue balloons (pow, blam, etc.), a newsman narrator, and the voice overs are all NY hip-hop artists s...

Re: Bye bye Bump-Fire

I'd rather have a deranged lunatic shooting at me from 300 yards with a bump stock AR-15 than a blind drunk hunter with a Tasco scoped 30.06 mistaking me for a deer.

Re: Help me wiff my maff.

You fire it so fast that it continues in a straight line while the Earth curves away and everything is a miss high. You would almost need to slow it down a little to let the projectile match the drop along the sphere. Would gravity have much of an impact on curvature? And couldn't you conceivably d...

Re: Help me wiff my maff.

Considering the range, there's not much drop in trajectory in 1.2 seconds, This was my thinking. You fire it so fast that it continues in a straight line while the Earth curves away and everything is a miss high. You would almost need to slow it down a little to let the projectile match the drop al...

Mach 7 for a 100 mile projectile takes how long? Ma 7 is about 5000MPH at sea level? So 100 miles takes about 1.2 seconds if it maintained constant velocity? So how do you estimate the deceleration and drop from gravity? When will the commercial version be available? http://politicnewsusa.com/2017/0...

Unfortunately Nate, you are correct. For some reason, blacks now feel empowered and entirely within their rights to exercise their frustrations and anger with violence towards others. It's happened hundreds of times already, it's just not captured on video every time. 1) Thanks Obama, you shit. You ...

I like the one handed manipulation. I also like being able to use a full combat grip.. I'm hunting for a picture but I can't find it. You hold the light in your left hand between your ring finger and pinky with your thumb on top of the light able to operate the button on the back. You still use you...

Re: Carjacker killed by armed victim at gas station

My neighbor is one of those a/holes. His Kawasaki ZX-1000 has a switch activated magnetic flip up license plate so you can conceal your numbers and flee, but these people have no scruples so it's been ripped off his bike twice now. He's gotten tagged for reckless driving and speeding three times in ...

Re: M16-A1 reproduction

I could be wrong (it has happened before), but weren't the first series of Colt AR-15 SP1's basically semi auto civilian versions of M-16's? These are not carbines, are they? no, these like the original M16 have 20" barrels. That's what I thought. My 70's era Colt Sporter is longer than my S&a...

Man Mike, that looks great ! I may consider this option myself! I picked up an '02 V10 2500 last month just to play with and hot rod and the next step is paint. What did getting this done end up costing you, and do they spray the door jambs and such? I was curious on this as well. What happens to g...

So I'd like to share my personal experience on this. I do have 20/20 vision so you do have a unique situation that I couldn't possibly comment on. Upon arriving home one night we saw a predator along my front fence line. Of course I charged out pistol drawn well within 25 yards of the target and to...

Someone here turned me on to those little cree superLED Chinese flashlights for $10 (that they sell everywhere for $40). I bought a couple first to abuse them, then got four more. I bought a package of 8 of the 18650 Ultrafire Lith-ion batteries and 2 chargers for $40 to keep them burning. They are ...

Like any gun, you make a list of things you love and things you'd change. If any of the things you'd change are unchangeable, then it's a deal breaker.

Kel Tec Sub2000 folding rifle chambered in Glock 9mm and the normally goofy 33 round magazines Nice setup, Matey. I've been shopping, but can't decide if the social disorder will get better or worse. This is why I do have some favor with the cheesy $275 plastic Kel Tec Sub2000 folding rifle chambered in Glock 9mm and the normally goofy 33 round magazines. All my mags fit both guns. Briefcase of 9mm. 150 rounds in mags, 250 more in boxes under the foam. https://s25.postimg.org/7jeeby6xr/IMG_2822....

Re: I give up; Glock 19 for me.

now we can debate that awful S&W .40 cartridge. The .40 is an outstanding caliber, particularly when loaded heavy. The .40, born of the mighty 10mm, filled a very valid need back when the 9mm was determined to be inadequate by the FBI Ballistics Lab. That 9mm has finally evolved into adequate s...
