Re: Where to get info on legality of self defense

the last person who fired a "warning shot" in florida has been sitting in jail for the last two years for assault with a deadly weapon, she is still appealing the decision. In general, warning shots are a terrible idea

Re: AR build suggestions

I've always said that the "ultimate" combat rifle would be an AR chambered in 7.62x39, but nobody could make a magazine that feeds reliably. If they now make an AR that accepts AK magazines, I might have to revisit that. http://www.cmmginc.com/category_s/1998.htm hickcock45 just did a rea...

Re: Does a Seecamp 32 quailify as a SD gun

to answer your main question, no it does not. it is marginally better than a sharp stick. There are many options in the pocketable service caliber pistols and revolvers. the mozambique drill you plan on using is difficult to pull off successfully with a full size gun while under duress in a fast man...

Re: 22lr

i agree ron! but when you consider there are roughly 10 million gun owners, it would take the manufactures one and a half years to produce each shooter a 500 round brick. It is getting better, but still a long ways to go until you will find it every day. Walmart is a bad example, it is well document...

Re: 22lr

Ive maintained my stock of .22 at 5k. We shoot when we can find it. Thankfully I reload and am having no issues finding components for 9mm and .45acp so we maintain our skills. I sure wish someone could explain why manufactures are limiting production of .22. I dont believe that they are producing ...

Re: AR build suggestions

IF i were in your shoes, i would get one lower registered as an SBR, build one lower into a 5.56 rifle, build a second upper, and sit on the 3rd lower for a while until i decided what to make it. as it stands, i have 1 5.56 ar built now and i have two stripped lowers stashed for later builds/trade m...
