Goodbye kydex "snap"

Postby Stoble » Sun Sep 20, 2015 9:55 pm

I have been impressed with a holster I am using from Garrett Industries for my Ruger LC9s (9mm). The initial attraction was that the kydex holster is lined with a thin smooth leather to stop the kydex snap sound upon drawing. You can Google this company to see their offerings. Mine is called Silent Thunder Classic, (modular IWB & OWB section). The price is $80.00. The kydex holster is mounted to a leather backing pad with plastic clips to attach the a belt. I love this hybred design! It is very comfortable. This is a thin holster design that wears well. Mine came with plastic clips that have lots of adjustment holes. The current pictures don't show these but they may still be an option if you inquire.
