Taurus shouldn't have replaced the 900 series with the polymer guns. The 900 were actually pretty good, basically a Beretta frame with a Sig slide. Discontinued now, unfortunately, with much lower quality polymer guns being cheaper to produce.

I guess if you're shaking a lot, that's a good time for the gun to go off. They should charge extra.

not surprised at all. when i worked for gander mountain, we had at least one a week come back due to the built in gun lock on the slide disengaging after three trigger pulls.
