Mini-14

Postby Pickwick » Sun May 10, 2015 11:15 am

What kind of aim point would you guys recommend for a Mini 14? Something quick on target, not too expensive, SD oriented. I have never used aim point before. Thanks.

I completely discourage trying to price point shop in optics. If you buy a cheap optic, you have a cheap optic. Shop value, not cost.

I'm an Eotech fan and agree with Nathan. Friends don't let friends buy NC Star, or BSA crap. Spend the money on a good one. The best you can afford.

The BSA .22 scope is perfectly satisfactory for what you pay for it. I dunno if I'd put it on a real tack hammer, but mine is golden.

My '74 Colt Sporter AR15 is currently loving life with a $79 Walmart Tasco BS scope that's been holding zero for a couple of years now. I'm ready to upgrade but I just can't quit it while it works just fine. Yeah....I know....
