looking forward to the 30-06

Postby Tye » Thu Nov 05, 2015 7:03 pm

Been a tough go this archery season for me. Not a single arrow released. Lots of corn cover on neighbor's land, foiled by a coyote or two implementing their run and jump something strategy, really I could go on and on with the excuses! I just never could get into bow range of a legal buck or doe during legal hours! If the wife only knew how exhausting both physically and mentally this has been. Can you believe it? She thinks I'm taking a bunch of 2 or3 day vacations! Aghh! Even still, it has been better than not being out there! Maybe one more archery hunt chalkiing it up in advance to a scouting session for firearm season. I am looking forward to being able to reach out and touch one with the rifle! I'm getting extremely hungry.
Best regards,

Tye

Muzzle loader started today!
Maintain the sport. Take a kid shooting.
