Perhaps it was meant to be concealed, and became exposed. Arizona has Constitutional Carry, so anyone can carry concealed without a permit. Unless it was accidentally exposed when it was meant to be concealed, I can't imagine why anyone would openly carry a pistol in their back pocket. More puzzling, still, is why all those people were eating at McDonald's. x(

This isn't the only case I've seen of this happening ... ed-of-gun/

Really if you are going to open carry, you should at least have a concealed backup gun as well.
