The most recent contender hoping to dethrone Glock is the FN 509. First impression, I really like the texturing, the serrations and the slide bevels. First impression, I don't like the tall sights (suppressor clearance?) and the unusually high (for a 9mm) bore axis (I can only speculate this was to share holsters with the .45 version?). I do look forward to seeing how well they copied the Glock Action.

those are not suppressor height sights.

your really going to compare the 509 to a USP Expert! :lol: :lol: :lol:


i guess if you consider factory sig P320 or springfield XD sights to be suppressor height....

these would be more representative of what suppressor height sights would look like.
