Finding new profile pics help

Hey all, just need some help finding pics the size requirement and all. I am striking out. Also, if searching for such parameters ( like what's a Kib?) How do you know the size will fit. Seems finding jpegs and small vids to turn into profile pics is harder on the new site. Thanks for the help.

Hi Ramjet.

Just save a picture to your computer and use the "resize" and "compress" features that are available on most image viewer programs to get it down to within 125x125 pixels and 10 KiB, then upload from your computer using the "browse" button under User Control Panel > Profile > Edit avatar. Hope that helps.

Download GIMP its a free editing program and you can resize and do all kinds of stuff with it.
